No matter how you cook it, a brine will make it better
I got inspired by Joanne’s post and (as I never cooked a whole turkey before) have decided to Google recipes and advices on how to present THE PERFECT TURKEY for my Thanksgiving dinner (I have invited friends I haven’t seen for AGES).
I have learnt that brining adds moisture and flavor to poultry and helps to keep it from drying out. We all know that turkey can be a serious investment in time (and money, in this time and age) so I want to make sure it is perfect, especially as I am seeing old-time friends.
