This is one of the easiest recipe I have ever posted; here it goes:

  • 200 gr dark unsweetened chocolate (70%)
  • 175 gr Lurpak salted  butter (room temperature)
  • 120 gr all purpose flour
  • 120 gr white sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 medium eggs (free range)
  • 60 gr hazelnuts (chopped)

Melt the butter, chocolate and cocoa powder in a pan;

Beat the eggs and sugar and once foamy add flour and the raising powder. Add the now cool butter choco mix

Crush now the hazelnuts and add to mixture

Spread evenly over a cooking sheet (aim at 1cm thick layer) and bake for 30 minutes at 180’C

Remove from oven and let it cool on a rack.

Move over a cutting board and cut into 4cm squares
