Chocolate chiffon cake with salted caramel butter cream

Being inspired by John Whaite’s recipe on BBC’s Good Food I have baked this great chocolate cake. Have used gluten free flour in lieu of all-purpose flour and have also omitted the cocoa in favour of melted chocolate chips.
